Return Policy

- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date and are eligible strictly for in-store credit.
- Condition of Items: We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or have noticeable scents, including perfume, smoke, or other odors.
- Refund Method: We do not offer returns to the original payment method. All returns are eligible strictly for in-store credit.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs when returning items. Please include a note with your order number or the invoice that was sent with your package.
Not Eligible for Return
- Sale or clearance items
- Used items
- Accessories (jewelry, hats, bags, belts, etc.)
- Items damaged due to wear or misuse
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- (PLEASE NOTE LIGHTING CAN CHANGE)
