What is the return policy?

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date and are eligible strictly for in-store credit.
  • Condition of Items: We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or have noticeable scents, including perfume, smoke, or other odors.
  • Refund Method: We do not offer returns to the original payment method. All returns are eligible strictly for in-store credit.
  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs when returning items. Please include a note with your order number or the invoice that was sent with your package.
Not Eligible for Return
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Used items
  • Accessories (jewelry, hats, bags, belts, etc.)
  • Items damaged due to wear or misuse
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

When will I get my order?

Order Processing: We will ship your order within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Responsibility: Once we drop off your package with USPS or another carrier, it is out of our hands. Era Collective is not responsible for shipping delays or issues caused by the carrier.
